Hi ladies, its my first time posting here but thought I'd ask for some advice on this. am a beginner UXer with a design education background. I just got a job as UI Designer. I am super anxious. I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. This is making me so insecure getting into the new job what if I make a fool of myself? What if I ruin projects and real client work? Should be excited but can't stop overthinking.

I have left with salary negotiation round with HR at kpmg, current package 14.7( 12 fixed + 2.7variable) in current company If i wl leave now i am loosing 2.7 lakh variable pay of this year + 10-15 % annual hike which i will be getting in this financial end. We all know consulting/advisory jobs in big 4 and mbb are tough and high burn ones. Expectations of high stress and long working hours are there. Why would people still want to work and stay in those jobs and expecting the companies to bend with their low stress tolerance.
