As a gay man, I feel that a LOT of men in our community have histrionic personality disorder (and narcissism as well) these days. This is much more common among younger guys. Constantly speaking loudly, all they talk about is pop diva, fashion, sex etc (and they go crazy about it in a rude way). They tend to be very sexualized in their ways and how they talk. I feel that I couldn't have any serious conversations with at least 70% of gay men younger than 30 these days.

Question for the bowl. Recruiter arranged an interview with a local legal firm for an Office Manager role next week. On paper everything looks great, but the firm has a reputation as being as "ambulance chasers" and for only hiring "good looking young people." I'm really not sure that I would fit in with that work culture. I will go in with an open mind, but If I start to get the vibe that it isn't the place for me, at what point should you just end the interview early?
