Anyone applying with an executive assessment for full time programs? How does it impact your application?

Hey all! I am in the middle of interviewing at a healthcare data startup. I've gone through 3 if 5 rounds so far and it seems promising. I originally asked for 180-200k base salary since it's a director level role and I'm coming with ~9 YOE. They said that is at the very top of their budget so I'm looking for tips on how to navigate that conversation and if that comp seems reasonable?

This has become one of the most important things when interviewing for me. My last employer went from having no insurance option to giving us one terrible plan that they contributed 50% towards. My current employer works with Gravie so we get so much per month and can use it towards any plan on the marketplace. Only thing that sucks is the contributions are post-tax so it counts as income.

How much I can expect now? To get maximum package.

This is a shot in the dark but here it goes: about 5 years ago I remember a freelance copywriter in the bay area published a great LinkedIn article that documented all his efforts to land gigs with a write up and a link to his Google sheets file where you could see rounds of interviews/progress. The obvious takeaway: job hunts are a volume play, but the visual proof really brought the point to life.

Just accepted an offer as a project delivery specialist. Hi guys! I had an interview last Saturday with the CEO for an EA role (that was the 3rd interview). The company rushed the process for me because they knew I had another offer. The first 2 interviews went extremely well that’s why they rushed & asked the ceo to interview me on a Sat. morning. Huge common point: The CEO and I are both French. Does anyone have any thought on JD/MBA programs? I really like Kellogg’s shorter 3 year program vs a full four at HBS or some of the other schools but wanted to see if anyone else was in the same boat.

My undergrad degree is in gov but I currently working on consulting for PE right now, with dream goal to end up in VC or PE post-MBA. Practice tests have gone well for both GRE & LSAT but lower GPA from a public Ivy, so not sure what’s feasible.

What GMAT should I shoot for to be competitive at M7? UG GPA 3.5 from T15, URM, previously PgM@FAANG and currently in a strategy role at startup reporting to CEO. Strong ECs, would have 4 yoe at matriculation.
