What are KPMG Strategy/M&A interviews like?
Hi Sharks, I had an interview with Tata Consultancy today and cleared the TAG round by answering all their questions. So here my query is, based on my performance will they offer me a hike of 100% or more from my CCTC, because this role is too relevant to my domain and technical knowledge so that I don't wanna miss out on this.
CCTC - 6LPA
YOE - 5

How is Accenture’s Workday Practice?
To tell you the truth, there is no mobility at Accenture. It's a firm that seems to provide a great value proposition from a marketing standpoint. They value diversity and inclusion throughout the firm, but I've seen some of the strategy people to be a bit more stubborn and exclusive. I've felt very offput by some interactions with managers and have been blatantly deceived. Furthermore, some of the middle managers need to work on practicing what they preach as a firm in terms of inclusion. They outsource the majority of their work to India, so they'll tell you it's a "big" American company when it's really not. I've heard anecdotes of how they work these people very hard, and it seems borderline unethical. Most of the innovation is happening in India and other countries, not the United States. It's all marketing. Additionally, it's a big global firm. As a result, that's where the higher ups in the bureaucracy within the United States tend to have more power. I would highly recommend considering a different firm if you can. I've told you a couple of benefits, and a lot of the younger employees tend to be more open minded. But in the end, I would surely advise you to not come here and work somewhere else. Don't be fooled by the facade the firm puts forth.
A1 - It's unfortunate that has been your experience at Accenture and I'm very sorry to hear that. As you say though, it's a large global company with many different places to get involved. I can guarantee that your experience is not everyone's nor the experience of any of my colleagues (Digital Delivery, USA).
What practice? I left there (was in Products) and can tell you what I thought about the culture.
I'm a manager in Digital Delivery. Willing to field any questions if you're interested.
