Those who moved from Dubai to Canada through MBB transfer, is it worth it? I want to move for my kids and for a passport. I am tempted not to go because there is so much business going on KSA and UAE and I can a lot of opportunities to start something. I am afraid I’d hurt my professional growth by moving to Canada.

We’re already taking steps to find a replacement but was looking for tips to keep boosted when this occurs. We were told the classic “it’s not us it’s me” statement (and we don’t hold any blame or animosity - relations are good atm, and the pay is fair, but it’s Ubisoft ) but we’re trying to find a way to retain talent.

I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! And this degree is picking up a lot of traction’s across tech. More thoughts in the comments
