I have 2 offers 1. Start up 60 LPA EM role, 40K ESPOS , 2 . Well known public listed company 51 lpa ( Lead Role) 90K RSUs . I said yes to second after some negotiation. HR was not willing to pay more than this even though it is just 20% hike from my current salary. But I accepted the offer as i wanted it badly. Now I got offer from start up as well (1) , can i still ask her to consider the 2nd offer and pay me accordingly? Or it will lead to offer cancelation:(

Received an offer from a top FAANG for a 250% increase in TC. However, I was initially interviewing for a position that was remote and yet the final offer does not provide that option, non-negotiable. I have a wife and 2-year-old child and another one due in 7 months, and currently live near both sets of grandparents.

Is working at a top FAANG really worth that kind of cost? I'm leaning heavily 'no' but it's not making it easy to sleep at night knowing I'm sitting on this kind of offer!

I have got offer from HCL technologies IOMC Noida, interviewed for Azure Cloud and DevOps, selected for infrastructure related project, wanted to know what is IOMC does IOMC has all the support projects, will this be a good call to join HCL IOMC.

I trained on .net and then after I supported .net application. After 3 years I got to work on ssrs reports. We build reports from scratch in ssrs, then I worked on qlik view application. Attended training on qlik sense. My question is for which openings/certificate I have to look .net (I have only support knowledge) or reporting tools like ssrs, qlik view ? I am moving to HC! But I have been asked to submit few details that will help in creating my packet. Some of these details include Salary expectations, name of Googlers who can give references internally and reasons to leave previous companies.

The salary I was drawing currently is above market standards. And the feedback that I had initially received during the interviewas mixed followed by Positive in the later stages.

Will it be safe to give an expected num based on my base at this stage?

Can I assume that once I receive an offer that it’s fairly unlikely to get revoked during negotiations, etc? Due to recruiting timelines could be in a situation where I get an offer but not enough time to negotiate/accept before other offers expire🤞
