Does anyone have any sample questions/insights on what kind of case interview they went through for non-consulting jobs? I have an interview with a 50 person start-up for an operations manager and the case would be live (I.e not a take home). I’ve been told they are different/easier than consulting cases (so no exhibits? or market sizing?) but don’t know what that means? Also are you expected to “solve” cases or just provide a general framework?

Has anyone felt humiliated during interview interviewer purposefully not accepting your answer not courteous even though you tell something told to tell something apart from that

Hi, I had 2 interviews with EPAM. I got positive feedbacks and the Recruiter assured that soon we will have final round and roll the offer. 2 days after this Recruiter said that the concerned person is on off and the interview will be delayed. 10 days- Recruiter says that due to org specific reasons this is getting delayed. I asked specifically if the issue is with respect to Designation or compensations asked for. Recruiter says this is due to changes in management. Is this common in EPAM?

Hi Guys. Need help evaluating two offers: 1. McKinsey - Associate in Risk Consulting - $165K base/30K sign-on. NYC/Chicago. 2. Facebook - Program Manager in Security and Privacy - $160K base/$100K RSUs over 4 years/$20K sign-on. Bay Area I have 6 YOE at Deloitte in Cyber since graduating college. Has always been a desire to work at McK but don’t plan to stay in Consulting long term. Was all set to join McK until this offer came along. Any advice on what factors I need to consider?

My senior manager told me that I work for him and I have to do whatever he says, I told him "no, I do not work for you and I work for Deloitte, and I am willing to collaborate with you to do what I can to make the project most successful". He told me that I am going to have severe consequences for what I said.
