I've been practicing for 7 years. I have a very public interest resume and currently work at a class action plaintiff-side employment litigation firm. I'm tired of litigating and want to go in-house, but I feel that my resume/experience is going to make that really hard. I'd like to go in-house at a university or hospital, something that still feels "public interest" oriented, but I don't have the knowledge of those specialized areas.
