Is it good idea to move from TCS to CAPGEMINI. YOE: 13 CCTC:13.3 and offered 28 , techstack: Salesforce. At tcs growth have become sort of stagnant. Job security is unmatched in tcs i know , but confident if my skill that i can survive and upskill any where required. Hear mostly bad things about cg although its common name in india IT industry for years. Any suggestions if cg is really bad as a service based org. What's an average acceptance rate for BCG 2nd round in the US? From what I've heard & seem, passing rate for 1st round (chatbot round) is not low, so wondering if second round acceptance rate will be extremely low? Preparing for a McKinsey PEI.

I'm trying to understand the rhythm or flow of the PEI. When they ask a PEI question, do I then just start telling the whole story from start to finish, in full detail?

Or I shouldn't just keep talking for 3-5 mins straight, only provide details when they ask?
