Can I still pass a McK final round interview if the senior partner kept asking “what else” in my brainstorm until I got to a missing idea?

Applied for a role that I initially thought would be a good fit. Upon researching the company further, it looks like many people are leaving that company and employees not paid the best and not the best tone at the top. I already spoke to the recruiter prior to this research and she keeps trying to set up a time to talk to the manager. Should I just tell her I don’t want to pursue this anymore/how do I say that nicely?

I feel a little crazy saying this, but more money at this point doesn’t resonate. I see a ton of exit planning and boomerang threads here, but I’d take a 50% pay cut (or a 50% raise) for an exciting role. That’s totally privilege talking, but I just can’t imagine chasing extra money in PE or lateraling just for the money. No virtue signaling here at all. I actually worry on some level that I’m somehow a moron for not giving a thought to maximizing earnings.

Interviewed at PWC Friday, when is a decision usually communicated?

I am to be interviewed by EPAM Anywhere by next week. Could someone explain about the company. Particularly about the Base pay and fixed project allowance? How likely are we to be in project to get the fixed project allowance? Do they have enough clients and projects for long term? Also during GI, HR said like post 1 yr we would be eligible to travel. How likely it's to happen? If we don't get projects in our location, can we ask them for projects where there is availability and get relocated?

Currently make $75k with 2 YOE while working for a firm with great WLB (which im really grateful for). However, I feel I have a much higher earning potential in this current job market, even if it means longer working hours. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
