Hello, does anyone work as an auto underwriter for insurance? I recently got accepted for an internal job position and was offered $50k. I’m currently a claim processor making $20/hour so the offer is more than what i’m making but is low in comparison to the average salary for an auto underwriter in AZ (which is around $58k). Why do pharma companies rely so much on consultants like Axtria and ZS ? What I feel is Pharma companies mostly hire them for data cleaning. I am currently an intern at a top Pharma company and I see in meetings that my manager tells these consultants the idea and view he wants in deck and they(consultants) basically do data cleaning and come up with pretty slides. I don’t see any “consulting” part here. Why can’t these Pharma companies make their in house team for these things ?
