Nothing mandatory until likely January. That’s my guess. The office is open rn though and we get 60ish people tu-thur. I cringe a little typing this but culture matters here. And the truth is, you don’t learn it, experience it, or build it on Zoom.

NY office is open if you wanna come in. There was a supposed to be an announcement about this topic this week but they said they needed to process the latest CDC guidance, so postponed the announcement.

I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. What are peoples opinions on work from home? It seems to be an unpopular opinion but as a junior I despise it. I work 3 feet from my bed, I find the barriers of a phone/email between me and a senior to add a huge amount of stress to my life and I think it’s stunting my career development at my firm because I can’t build relationships as effectively. I’ve never at all had mental health issues before but now am really starting to feel burnt out and anxious most of the time. What do you think?
