Anyone back out of interview process for personal/professional reasons (eg, did 1/2 interviews) and re-interviewed down the road - did they look at your performance in the prior process even if it wasn’t complete?

Hi i have cleared Capgemini L1 round for societe general account. They mentioned like for further action societe general will call. I just like to know what will be the next course of action.

Anyone tried anonymous job search sites? I.e. the idea is to post your anonymous profile (professional summary) and then employers apply to you and you decide whether to reveal contacts or not. I noticed that it’s getting really popular with platforms like Mirajobs, Gogig, Limbo etc. Any thoughts?

Best interview prep for a deals team that focuses on technology due diligence, integrations, separations? I'm in IT mgmt consulting and trying to make the switch to deals / M&A so don't have real world experience to draw from. What do I need to learn / know? Recommended resources?

Frustrated and hopeless at this point. I've been applying to jobs that would be a good fit for the better part of this year, but either get dismissed before the interview process if I don't have experience with their HRIS or get an interview and then dismissed. In the interviews they tell me I did really well. I've worked at the same company for 7 years and all in HR. I'm just looking for more growth and preferably outside of recruitment. Had a first round interview scheduled for a large CPG brand. My interviewer never called me, and I emailed following up to confirm the call. It’s been over a day and no response. What is going on with recruiters? I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but not even an email back saying “something came up” or “we’ve moved on” ? I’ve been ghosted after every final interview during my recent job search, but never had I been ghosted before even having the first call??

Would like your advices. Awhile back I applied and was video interview for a position at a competitor. I suspect I wouldn’t get it based on the vibes they gave off. Now randomly I get an email from one of their recruiter asking if I was interested to apply for a similar position. Should I even bother? It might be with the same people.

I interviewed in HSBC 45 days ago and cleared first round technical interview. Now for second round that is managerial round HR is telling that code is closed it will open after 25th dec. And 27th is my last working day
