Anyone benefit from paying for LinkedIn Premium? I had it a couple of years ago, but never benefited from it. Does it really increase recruiter reach?

No but it really helped me find jobs I had a great shot at getting my application pulled at, just based on profile and word analytics

I only get premium when I am searching for jobs

I am looking for a job now, should I get it? It’s only $30, just need a yes - lol.

Yes lol. I did my free trial and now have two offers in hand

I did. Got a new job. Correlation is not causation, but at $30/month, does it matter?

I would like correlation to equal causation on this one 😂😂😂

Some of my friends who are parents said they're not worried about covid because it's very low risk for children. They know I'm a teacher and that I'm in a high-risk category. Makes me feel like they don't care about me.

What is the right salary level given that I am 27, and started my career in consulting after completing a non mba masters and working in industry prior to that for 2 years?

Hello all, this is my first post! Currently at US Bank as a mortgage officer and looking to go to Chase. I’m on the third rd of interviews for a Relationship Banker position and have 7 years Military leadership experience, 7 years sales which include 3 years mortgage lending. One year left to complete my MBA. Should I make the move or stay where I’m at? And what is the typical salary and commission to be expected on the offer letter? Any information would be great.

Is this sus? Iapplied for a remote design position in the UK on Indeed. I was notified by text to schedule an interview through Kailaza. I interviewed and was asked a series of questions through the messaging app. A few days later I was messaged to check my email. There was an offer letter, W2, I9, and direct deposit form. The letter outlined equipment, salary, benefits, etc. I’m sitting on it, questioning the validity of the job/offer. I never had a call/video with anyone. VERY STRANGE.

I’ve decided to make my career in the government side of consulting. Been doing it 10 years. Seems hard to find jobs where I manage people unless at a big 4. Anyone else find this true?

Hi fishes, I got offer from both Optum and Amelia(Ipsoft) for data science role. Optum offering 16+2(variable). Amelia offering 24.5 fixed. Will optum increase my pay based on this to which extent. My previous was 13.2 fixed before current hike and promotion which got ineffective due to resign. Suggest me what should I do and some light on the company. YOE: 2 Tech: Data science. Optum UnitedHealth Group Amelia

I have worked my way up in my company but now management has had a shift and I am really not liking the barbed interactions I am seeing. I wanted to continue to move up but it’s not an environment I want to stay in. I worry about applying for other jobs as I have more hands on experience than qualifications. How should I go about moving on?
