Anyone bought a 900k-1M house recently? Any regrets? While we can afford to buy in that range and it will check off all boxes for long term its definitely scary and not sure how to decide whether or not to do it?

Why are you afraid? Have you done the math to make sure you can afford it and still reach your financial goals and other commitments? At what cost doesn't make you afraid?

What’s your HHI?
