Polar H10 is supposed to be the best band on the market. I don’t use them but I’ve been thinking of getting one. Look it up. Seems very highly recommended.

If you have another one that works don’t buy it. If you don’t, it’s a solid purchase.

Look up dcrainmaker.com

He did a comparison on all types of straps

I bought the peloton heart rate arm band this week and am happy about the purchase. Quickly connects to the peloton and is much more comfortable than chest straps.

I just got word that my boss returned from vacation with covid, and he and his whole family have it. They are home, but he’s planning to come in to the office Wednesday. They got on the plane knowing they had covid, and I already feel like he doesn’t care about my well being. I don’t want to come in to work, bc I’m scared to catch it. He said it’ll be 5 days since his symptoms onset by then (Wednesday) but I don’t believe him. Do I HAVE TO come to work if I’m scared? Will insurance help?

Any experiences/credible resources for or against raising kids with a vegan/pescatarian diet? My husband strongly believes we should. I eat meat, but want to keep an open mind.

Does anyone have an app recommendation that is user-friendly, female-body friendly, provides recommendations of workout routines specific to using gym equipment, and if possible, has variety (not just do this move 3x, 12 reps over and over)? I’m thinking about joining a gym down the street that is just machines (no classes), but want to remove the headache of coming up with what to do there on my own. Thanks!

Does anyone here have similar symptoms and how do they get relief?
I suffer year long with allergies, at least that’s what I call it.
I can’t breath well from my nose, mostly blocked. Medicines like Flonase, allergies meds, nasal rinse and steam give me some relief but not that much.
Every few months the fluids in my sinuses are not drained and I develop an infection.
Body ache, bad headache in the morning etc.
Been to many doctors but they shrug their shoulders and ask me to keep the same meds

Pros
- Bench press only down 20% from 2020
- Got to judge people’s gym attire again (shout out to my dude doing curls in a weight vest)
- Sick chest pump on peck deck

Cons
- No bros to share aforementioned chest pump with
- Squat down 40% since 2020
- Can’t walk rn
