Anyone buy into any of the marijuana ETFs? If so, which one and why?

I know this bowl isn’t the most active, but my grandmother is in the hospital for Covid (severely high risk), grandfather has it, as does my mom and 8 year old brother. Started a new job this week. And every morning have been feeling like this anxiety ridden mess. As in, as soon as I’m conscious I feel extremely anxious. Any tips to help with this? I know it’s just because of the new job, as this has happened in the past. But it’s so uncomfortable while it happens.

Wish apps like BetterHelp were free. I can’t afford healthcare or therapy (I’m unemployed, and yes, I’ve tried seeking pro bono therapy options — no place anywhere nearby offers it.) I really need a therapist I can talk to on at least a weekly basis to just unpack so much that’s bogging me down to the point of being unable to function some days, but it’s just so cost prohibitive! I found the D.C. Mayors Vaccine Website unhelpful, so was able to easily book an appointment directly through Walgreens. I am within my first year of salaried pay and am looking for ways to begin investing. Any advice? For context, I only have money in the bank and as much as is allowed for 401k contributions - nothing else so far.

I over-contributed to my Roth IRA by $6k, with earnings of ~$2k on that $6k since contribution in early 2021.

What’s the best strategy here? Is it possible to withdraw the $6k contribution and recharacterize just the earnings to a traditional IRA to avoid the 10% early withdrawal and income tax?

Hello fish - I’m finally able to fund my Roth IRA. Would you suggest holding VTI , VXUS (70:30) in Roth IRA account . This is my first time contributing to Roth IRA and appreciate some advice. Also, I fully funded Traditional 401k and hold “Spartan 500 Index Pool Class E” with -15% YTD. If I were to rebalance 401k, what are your suggestions .
