What I am very confused about is that they gave me Booked Impressions (=4M), but in the task it says I should assume there is unlimited inventory. Do you try to avoid job interviewing on Monday? I might have a very important interview on the following Monday and I am not sure if I should try to see if I can reschedule it. I heard so many stories about Monday being the worst day as people are usually busy with meetings and work and therefore distracted. Is this true?

Weird question: so, I come from defense side, but am currently working as a plaintiffs litigator. I have applied to a defense firm and I’m currently in the mix of finalists. Coincidentally, I happen to be opposing counsel in a case staffed by one of the firm’s partners. He and I have a good professional rapport and mutual respect. I don’t think he’s on the hiring committee, so I doubt that he’s aware of my candidacy at his firm. But I think he would be an excellent reference. Can I say anything?

Why do we spend so much time prepping to interview for a career ladder (management consulting) where most people seem to already think about exit strategies only one or a couple of years into it?
