Hey guys, who are the major health care clients in San Francisco?

Thinking of investing in hsa account (boa) but the one that I am trying to invest has 0.14% expense ratio...this is a fund comprised of stocks such as amazon, msft, facebook, chase, etc and I think it will be a good long term investment compared to other options. Should I still invest in it despite the high expense ratio?
