Anyone changed job from big 4 advisory to MBB consulting after you got I-140 (before 485)? Were you able to keep your priority date?

Is senior manager level in an investment bank(RBC ) lower than manager level in big 4? If yes , which title will be same to manager level in a big 4?

Got a role at FAANG that would be $5K more pay than mine, similar bonus and around $15K per year stock for 4 years. Same location. Is it worth pursuing? I'm in Big 4 Consulting.

How is performance measured at MBB?

Are consultants at MBB allowed to trade individual stocks? Or are they limited to mutual funds only? For example, can someone at McKinsey buy AAPL?

is it worth it to shift to IB or MBB after 7 years in the big four(audit and fdd)? I do think IB and MBB are interesting fields that you can acquire unique skill sets and a good network. My EAD card got lost recently unfortunately, will I still be able to join the company? What are the workarounds as I don’t have much time left on my Opt visa and have to file for my stem before next month.

I got my H1B with employer A, then I filled DS 160 and also paid the fees to book visa appointment. I could did not book a visa date due to covid.
Now I got a new job and my H1B got transferred to employer B. Do I have to fill the DS160 again and pay the fees again OR I can book another appointment without paying the fees again?
