Anyone combine Modafinil with stimulant/concerta? Thoughts on ideal dosage combo which is long-term and sustainable 5 days per week?

Is the workload and overall stress the same for non-tech roles in FAANG vs Non-FAANG companies? I work for a FAANG company and am stressed out and kind of miss just going to work and clocking out a 5 and not thinking about work. It’s been a while since I worked in non FAANG since my early career years so I’m not sure if things are different nowadays with technology and competition changing over the years.

Working for a manager that gives me extreme anxiety. Never felt so much dread at getting to work / hearing from said manager before, ever in the five years I've been working. Any advice on how to deal?

35 years old going to be 36. Started ttc recently and tracking my ovulation. I noticed my test shows high fertile for 7-8 days straight without any peak in that month. It happened twice in last 6 months. My periods are fairly regular with 26-30 days cycles. my obgyn doesn’t seem to mind it but she suggested to go see a fertility specialist if I want to conceive sooner and don’t want to go traditional way. I am really stressed about it. Am I late for conceive?

Hey all just FYI my psych told me in my appointment that stimulants ordered from Express Scripts often give patients problems...including me. Felt like I was taking something totally different.

First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal. Appreciate any advice!

On 15mg adderall xr daily for ~1yr. When I’m consistent with it, i notice i lose things less and am a bit more organized, but don’t feel more energized/focused. Should i try something else?

I have one doctor prescribing adderall and went to a different one for Zoloft. Is there any reason I would need to consolidate doctors? Each specialize in the respective field so feel fine having two.

How do you all manage exercise and meds? I take vyvanse and have a peloton, but am kinda scared of the heart rate increase combination. I find the vyvanse takes about 2h to kick in and so I try to take it by 6am otherwise I’m dealing with the “hitting me” feeling when at work (which has resulted in some really embarrassing situations). In the evenings, I’m so hungry that a workout is harder to do plus you never know when the work day will end!

I just found this bowl and I am really glad it exists. After a few years of managing my ADHD, the past few month have been really hard and I am suffering from anxiety for the first time since college because of it. Even just the few posts I have read have made me feel a little bit better.
