I have 5+ years of work ex with a consulting firm in NY and my total TC was around 180k. But I quit my job last month due to terrible work life balance. Fortunately I received a new offer at Amazon of Program Manager in Seattle with a total comp of 120k. I am confused if I should accept it or of it is too much of a step down. Thoughts?

Curious what Salaries are for Account Managers with 6 YOE and two different territories for the last four of those 6 years. No commission/bonuses ever given and no promotions since I took the position 6 years ago despite speaking up several times. COL raises at 1.5% and I now make 70k but at the top of my pay range. I’m starting to look for other jobs now because I’m fed up with having two territories without a raise for the extra work. I feel I should have been promoted to Senior AM long ago.

I got the RIBO license in January. The job offer pays more than my promotion but once I told my manager I had this offer she said they are willing to match that offer, however I wouldn’t see an increase in salary for a while. We also thought of homework passes & lunch with a teacher, because we are a virtual school independent study program. We see students for a short amount of time on zoom.
