Army reservist here, my Sgt just told me the unit is mobilizing under title 10 for Covid related operation. I have seen the group order, however, I’m still waiting for my individual order to be cut. Have you guys ever experienced this situation before? Currently in the process of job hunting and relocation. How would you deal with it?

trying to accept that I was fired from my first real FT job after a year of the org working me 150-200%, burning me out, and still telling me I wasn’t doing enough/communicating the way they wanted me to. has this ever happened to anyone? how did you reckon with the situation while taking steps to get your life back?

I have a VERY long rant to get through. Please buckle in. My first PM job was at an agency where “protect the creative” was a PM mantra. My current agency see’s an entire team working 50hr weeks for months as a non problem. Wont recognize that FOUR creatives quitting in a 5 month span is a problem and consistently hand out due Monday 10am work on Fridays at 7pm.
