My husband makes about 1/3 of what I make.
It's never been an issue. His schedule is lighter than mine and he helps out around the house or goes to the grocery store or does the laundry. He plans most of the trips we take so I don't have to. We contribute in different ways.
I dated a Jr. High School teacher whose income was almost half of mine. He was the most emotionally intelligent, patient and secure person I’ve ever dated and it was probably the best relationship I had as an adult. But I blew it bc I was young and wanted the whole “power couple” vibe.

I have not (most times we’re equal) but the cases where I have seen it be a problem for others is when the spending habits didn’t match the income and the breadwinner started to feel taken advantage of. (I know this falls on both sides of it not mattering if it’s a man or a women but women tend to be more giving so we expense out more than men).
