I’m looking for an online therapy platform, one that preferably takes insurance. There are SO many options out there…Cerebral, BetterHelp, Headway, Talkspace, etc. has anyone had an experience with any of these? Cost is a factor for me, but at the same time I want to get a good quality of therapists. BetterHelp seems to be the leading service from what I’m reading but my only gripe is that their sessions are only 30 minutes. Has anyone tried any of these platforms consistently? Thoughts?
You could drink some BCAA’s, I find that helps me with fasted cardio.
I lift in the morning before work, and only have something to eat after my workout for breakfast. I have no issues lifting empty stomach. I don’t consume any caffeine at all, unless I am drinking Diet Coke due to a lack of options at work.
Everyone’s different though. Do what works for you.
I only drink coffee in the morning. Have zero issues running, lifting or doing HIIT on an empty stomach.

Black or with cream?
I usually run while fasted in the AM. If I’m doing a longer run (>1 hr), I supplement with a sodium hydration mix. What helps in preventing fatigue is eating a good meal the night before. It was a lot of trial and error to figure out the right nutrition to keep my energy up for longer runs.
I’ve lifted for extended periods both with and without food. Lifting while fasted takes some getting used to. I typically feel significantly weaker for the first 5-7 days or so but then I start to get used to it.

Full disclosure: primarily hoping for recommendations that also involve coffee. Nothing happens before coffee for me haha.
I started with bulletproof coffee until I plateaud in my progress. Then I learned that BPC in the morning isn’t really considered as fasting either, so I tried black coffee for a while and I got used to it after a couple weeks.
My 2 cents is that you’ll want to experiment and try what works for you in at least a quarter - factoring the getting used to part. If you feel better with your workout routine and you feel that it’s not affecting your desk job, then that’s a good sign to keep at it.
If you feel that your body can’t handle it, then I’d go back the the BPC in the morning and try something else.
For context; I used to have black coffee with IFs for weight loss but with plateaus, I convinced myself that this lifestyle helped me simplify my day and also not feel so sluggish after lunch time where I used to have food comas.
