Hi fishes, in urgent need of your suggestions.
One of my friend is having offer from Oracle Pune for software developer role in Oracle store team. but he does not have clear idea of the role whether it will be operations, support or development work.
Does anyone know what kind of work is there in store team. Also, is it possible to change the project once we get inside?
Urgent suggestions required...
Thanks!

Depends on the tide. You could be swimming in one direction and the tide is pulling you in the opposite
Did you swim at the same pace going and back?
My splits went like this- I was exhausted by the end so I don’t think I truly dropped down to 2:08/100yd for the supposed last 500
The swim tracking isn’t super accurate, and if you don’t naturally swim straight it can also add distance. The swim tracking works by connecting to GPS when your arm is out of the water, which leads to a lot of inaccuracies as well.
I'm not sure if the marq offers this but you can try to change the gps satellites that it uses to something more accurate (or a combination of them).
It is very normal to also not swim in a straight line - your numbers don't seem outlandish to me

I do a lot of open water swimming and it could be two things. 1) You didn’t swim back in a straight line. 2) Your GPS isn’t accurately tracking.
I would suggest getting in a pool and figuring out your pace. Then, for open water training, just train for the amount of time you think it will take you to do that portion of the race (or a percentage of the time based on where you are in your training).
