Anyone do part time tech consulting/ salesforce development work? Want to take a break and find a part time gig to recharge for a few months but don’t know how to search.

Is it easy to get a nonconsulting role in Social Impact, Corporate Social Responsibility, Purpose & People? MSHR and SHRM-SCP with 10+ years of experience in compliance, global mobility, people development, workforce strategy and disability advocacy.

Any brand side project managers here? I’d love to talk about the transition from agency to brand, key differences in the role/how you work with various marketing departments, etc.

How did you all deal with failure in your career. I was ambitious and smart. I was in IBM and considered to be one of the best of my class. I was fired and haven’t really found my way.

I don’t know what to do anymore. 3 years after the fact, I am still at an entry level position. I hate myself for letting things get this bad but I don’t know how to get out of this perpetual cycle. I tried working my ass off but have not been able to shake off that unfortunate past.

Accepted offer to leave consulting (3 YoE, no previous lab experience) to join corp strategy team at biotech, any advice on what to do during the first couple of weeks?

Does anyone work in tech, have degrees and certs, but still not know what they wanna do with their lives, or... is it just me? :) I'm interested in EVERYTHING. I just know I wanna help people and get paid for it. I love troubleshooting and cybersecurity awareness, but I have no idea what that looks like in a job (that pays my mortgage). I've essentially been a SysAdmin for 8 years. I wanna help the greater good, but with tech. Le sigh.

In November 2021, i was working in Tcs at a package of 4.1 on Mainframes. I was not happy at all with my career. Learnt a new technology(Cloud). Gave interviews, rejected by few companies including Deloitte. Kept going..
Joined Accenture as a Cloud Engineer. In December 2022, I will be earning a package of 12. Got one certification, aiming for 2nd one. All this within a span of 12 months. These are brilliant times in tech. Keep hustling. Success will be yours.

I provided a range with recruiter during final discussions and they provided the offer at the max of the range. I accepted and now I can't help but feel I left money on the table by accepting immediately if they provided it easily. Did I make a mistake?
