Yep - started off a little more formal than I expected so I think it’s important to try and shift it to more conversational. First 45 mins he asked questions, then last 15 were a chance for me to ask. Nothing too crazy walk me through your resume, why mba, why tuck, leadership story, failure story, strengths/weaknesses,
Yep exactly, I got the “why tuck” question about 10-15 mins in and after I gave my answer I asked him something like “would you agree with that based on your experience so far?” just to engage him a bit more. We ended up on like a 5 minute tangent about skiing (lol tuck so of course) and it def helped build rapport/shift the tone moving forward and I felt more relaxed
Very conversational, it's a blind interview so the interviewer only has your resume. He/she will ask specific questions about your career and choices.
Thank you this is relieving! The person interviewing me looks super intelligent and accomplished, so I’m definitely a bit on the nervous side
