I have a mediocre GPA from a undergrad school outside the top 10 (but inside the top 20). Is it impossible to get H/S with this profile as an ORM even if do everything else right?

For people who have applied to the joint degree with HKS, do you have to separately apply to the MPP and MPA? Asking since I know you can only do the MPP with HBS but for any other joint (GSB, Wharton, MIT) that people prefer the MPA

I have the real gmat exam in a month, what resources are there that could help me improve my chance of getting to 700+? Anyone have tutors/institutions/study plan that really helped? If you’re accepted to a top feeder school into MBB and have Consulting experience, how much does MBB care about GMAT?

Having a hard time staying motivated through the application process. I know conceptually it’ll be worth it to go to the schools I want to go to but it’s so far away that it doesn’t feel real.

How did you guys stay motivated? For those that have already started your MBA program, what’s something that I might be able to look forward to that might keep me excited/motivated?

If you are waitlisted at a number of schools (T15) is is wise to tell each school you’ve been waitlisted elsewhere? I could see it both ways.

For international applicants, how it works the GPA part? (The grade system is 0 to 1 in my University for example)
And been the first generation in college, ECs, WE... this things are relevant in which part of the application? For M7 I would "compete" with people that have similar characteristics as me?
