I have a credit card. It’s nice. It’s an American Express. It looks shiny and pays for things. I hope this helped.

Why would you ever get a credit card from a traditional bank?

Ew thanks EY1, I was going to apply but not anymore!

Been using AMEX for years and I love it. Had a WF credit card when I worked there but there was nothing special about it. I’d go with Amex if I were you.

I’m trying to weigh the CSR and Amex plat.

I bank there and got their credit card. When I got the CC I had a line of credit with Wells at 11% interest. The offered me their CC with 0% for a year on transferred balances. So I took their free money and paid it off in a year. I still have the card for a rainy day. It has no fees and 0 perks. They have lots of branches everywhere I go. I need branch services (cashier’s check, large cash withdrawals, notary, medallion) much less now than 10 years ago. Their app gets everything done I need.

What’s a good way of telling a bunch of partners that I’m not that interested in having their job? At Deloitte now. laid off last year while on medical leave. Landed a new job with the help of a senior mentor and vouched for me not knowing my medical limitations. I just had to take sick leave again on the first project out of the gate. Dr is recommending 40 hours a week which will not fit the requirements of my director role. I feel like I need to switch roles to a non client facing role to be realistic in my health limitations. How do I make the switch and have the convo with w my mentor?
