Design question for my work from home ladies - how did you decorate around a standing desk, large monitors, etc?

I find that with a large monitor there’s not so much I can put on the wall without having the monitor partially cover it - especially when the desk moves.

I don’t mind if the decor is covered when I’m using it standing, but want it to look nice when it’s lower down. Also find that with the monitor/laptop another square on the wall is too much of the same shape - any inspiration?

The perfectionist post made me think this is a good place to ask: how do you deal with a manager or team lead who's micromanaging or refusing to delegate? I like my team lead but everything down to the smallest detail has to be checked and rechecked by him and it slows down EVERYONE else. Our team is doing really good work, it's just taking longer than it should and it's frustrating to feel like he doesn't trust our skills at all.
