I got leveled at L4 (guessing interviews didn’t go that well) and the comp has been a bit underwhelming. WDYT fishes?

How much to include in your resume?? So I’m 44 y/o and have been actively working with no “gaps” since I was 18. My resume is packed but I feel it may be too much and it feels dated. I want to freshen it up as I’m considering a change. Should I go back 10yrs and leave it at that? Should I simplify the resume? It’s a fine line between easier to read and watered down. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? Hey guys, did you ever encounter the following problem & know a solution:
Whenever I reference another tab in any given formula in my model, XLS first calculates everything as it should be. However directly afterwards (or sometimes only after saving) the formula vanishes and only the resulting value is left. Hence, all automation etc in the xls does not work.

Any ideas what's happening and how I can solve it without rebuilding the whole model?

Any recommend courses (coursera, edx, etc.) people would recommend for user with intermediate experience with excel?
