Anyone done weight watchers while travelling? I’m great at eating healthy when i can cook, but travelling so much i’m struggling to find a good system. Not enough sleep + restaurant food is killing me

Me too. Friday/Saturday meetings. App for tracking and social media Connect. Pattern eating - Subway turkey sandwiches, ChickFilA grilled chicken nuggets, Wendy’s chili, Marriott’s oatmeal. Lots of fruit. You can do it!

So I had my NIPT and NT scans last week and I’ve been getting pieces of the results back from my doctor in the patient portal. All seems okay but I’m a bit confused. Does anyone know if FirstScreen is the same thing as NIPT? I was under the impression that NIPT was in 90th percent of certainty for Down syndrome but the result we got, labeled FirstScreen indicate 83% certainty so I’m confused if there are more results coming? I messaged the doctor but haven’t heard back yet.

I am eligible for 10% variable pay. But it seems in EY GDS it is a kind of program where one needs to participate and meet some targets. OR it is a Variable Component like any other company where it is only dependent on the company performance in that quarter and employee doesn't have to do any extra target-meets. I developed job burnout after 3 years in a toxic firm environment. I left that firm and started working as an independent contractor at a different firm doing tax compliance. I started noticing myself burning out by the end of the fall tax season last year. I was super anxious and lacked focus.
