I’m 5 years in with my company, am the sole graphic designer for about 34 clients, and am working on 5-7 (sometimes 10) different projects with completely different branding on the daily. Alright my fellow fish I need advice. My last two jobs have been in a very specialized non-lucrative area of law. My state Bar is hiring senior attorneys for their Lawyer Regulation and Enforcement Department. What interests me is that it get me back into litigating (my current role is administrative) and it is a state job with competitive pay and good benefits. Does anyone have experience with this type of role? Would I be shooting myself in the foot if I take this job?

Anyone know how difficult it is to break into privacy law? All I’ve seen so far is getting certified by taking the CIPP exam. Also if you are in data privacy, do you enjoy it?
