Hi all, new to fishbowl. I am currently a PTA working in homecare. I am considering changing career paths to non-clinical. Everything I search for available jobs in the pay range that I need seems to come up as sales, (Sr, executive, etc) I have zero sales experience, but could see myself working as a healthcare liason, recruiter, care coordinator, or pharm sales rep. I live in Dayton, OH. I would love some insight or feedback. I also see Gpac recruiting popping up, is this a reputable co? Ty!
Please share about the GH Bait and Switch.
I did the away move, I’d be amenable to a return move if I had guarantees against joining my old team and a 30% pay raise

Yup
Where did you boomerang back to?
I haven’t... wondering if anyone else successfully did though
Curious to hear more as well.
Just misled about work on the projects, type of projects, growth opportunities...
It seems that a lot of contracts are staff augmentation or a compliance “check the box” type of work. When I interviewed, we talked about how GH was being particular on which projects to bid on, as a way to ensure that they were projects where you could innovate, or at least provide process improvements.
It also really seems like only legacy PwC are going to be considered for promotion anytime soon.
At least in public sector...
