My role is getting to be more and more transactional by the day, all my strategic projects get pushed to the side by the endless daily fires that are, inevitably, tracking down employees and data entry. Responsibilities also include other non HR functions such as business dev., client relations and expansion, logistics. Currently studying for the SPHR and plan to take the GPHR as well.
