Hello fishes, need some help. Can anyone share how it is to work for tesco bangalore? Is it a good place to work in terms of learning, tech stack and job security? I am considering accepting a tesco offer. Here are my current options: 1. Tesco - SDE2, 50L full fixed. 2. Walmart - IN4, total around 50L(per year) -35 fixed, RSU 8L, variable 8L(4 year vest). 3. As a manager of a restaurant, how is it best to address parents with screaming babies/children given that it is not a kid-encouraged establishment? The parents were oblivious to proper etiquette and other guests complained making the parents of the screaming baby wildly offended. How does management appease all parties? Or is it best to protect the masses?

My mom bought a second property and it went up by 200 K so she’s now looking to refinance it. She’s asked to put my name on the mortgage as my dads credit is not the best. She has and still will be paying the mortgage payments. Also, when I do plan on buying my first house years from now she said she will remove my name from the mortgage so it doesn’t affect my credit and sell the property if I need help for the down payment. I trust my mom and I do want to support her but is this a good idea?

2nd year here: When do you leave a firm because your not getting any work? I don’t want put details but it’s not due to lack of trying on my end. I’ve also been told I do good work and people like working with me. We also hired too many people this past year and partners hoard hours for bigger bonus. How long do I stick it out? I like my firm and don’t want to leave but I think I have to.

I switched two years ago from regional real estate/energy to a local small, but established residential real estate practice. While I’ve gained so much practical experience and run my own book here, I want to shift to a non-traditional remote role in real estate but keep getting turned down.
