Anyone else build out their home gym? Thanks to EY’s generous fitness fund (which luckily was doubled if your team was picked during the fitness challenge), I was able to build out my ideal home gym at a heavily subsidized price. I love being able to walk 15 steps into my gym and not have to wait to use the power rack or curl bar!

Same here love my home gym. Got plenty of weights, standard barbells, bench, bench/squat rack , dumb bells. I didn’t go with Olympic but standard barbells do the trick

like

I did! I need to add another set of plates to my bars but I'm really happy with everything. Squat rack, bench, dumbells, elliptical, and bike.

like

Pull-up bar and Olympic setup here plus my erg. It’s magical to have it twenty steps from my desk.

like

Yes! Got a pull up bar, gymnastics rings, and Olympic dumbbells and plates. Just need a bench and I have all of the basics covered. Nice to subsidize plates now that they’re going $2/pound

like

Yeah the price is outrageous. Facebook marketplace has iron plates at reasonable prices at times. I’ve seen $1/lb at times.

I’m depressed. I was in a very bad shape last year (major anxiety episodes, OCD flares, panic attacks) and now I'm MUCH better. I feel like one thing that helped through it was for the first time in my life opening myself to experience my spiritual side (not talking religion here).
