Anyone familiar with Oliver Wyman 's military leave policy? I'm about to take command of a reserve company. If I join OW, I'd want to make sure I'm not incurring huge financial losses when going to BN-mandated events, Professional Military Education, Annual Training, etc.
Would also like to know if they allow mega backdoor roth contributions. TIA!

As a European I only considered MIT / Stanford/Harvard for B-school as I would have had to have too many arguments otherwise.
Outside of the US it's often the three above + Yale/Princeton or bust
I am aware Princeton has no B-school and Yale SOM is rated far behind Booth, Kellogg etc.
I am talking about school prestige in general.
E.g. Harvard and John's Hopkins are great med schools, but Harvard Med is significantly better known globally.
My decision is mainly driven by my want to be better setup in my career. However, I can't lie and say that there isnt a part of me that wants to get an ivy bschool degree because both my grandfathers loved school and education but were forced to leave school early in life to work in order to put food on the table, and this in some weird way validates the struggle them and my parents went through to put me on even footing. If it was for the career opportunity probably wouldn't but still a small part of my reason.
