Did 3 panel interviews at Discover Financial Services for the Sales Account Executive role and felt the TC package was too low. Salary at $70K with annual bonuses at 25% with. $5K one-time sign on bonus. I made the case that my experience and education was far more than even the preferred criteria on the job description, and over 3x of the minimum qualifications. The recruiter is now thinking of two other roles for me:

Currently in Intv process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. I am new to Canada and have about 6 years experience in each field. What would be salary ranges offered? Other services companies in market are offering in 105 -120 range.
Also what can i expect in project interview and manager interview? Will it be highly technical? I cracked round #1 technical interview, it was easier than expected EPAM Systems
Since we already have a shortage of BA, I’d say we are maybe more secure than most. Instead of laying off, they’ll just stop filling all the open positions.
But depends on what clients/accounts you work on. If you only work on like one luxury brand, that would be higher risk.

What is the pay scale like at Innocean for BA? I hear they pay on the very low side.
Nothing like being a month late - I’ve heard historically low but the new leadership has changed that, it’s on par if not above similar agencies but our benefits are 100% paid for which is huge in looking at what some other agencies make you pay for health/vision/dental.
Looking for a Sr BA Manager as well!
