TTC here. What did you to make it happen soon? Is there any suggestion in particular - any position after you do it, supplements, diets, etc.?

The only thing I look forward to on the weekend is drinking a beer or two. I had one beer on Friday. One on Saturday. I know that's not a lot by some standards but I miss going to my gym to unwind. I can't get that escape at home.

It’s been 5 weeks and I haven’t gone a day or night without crying and feeling haunted by them. I can’t eat, can’t sleep, can’t produce quality work, can’t find joy in anything I previously loved. This is the worst physical and psychological pain I’ve ever experienced.

I recently started lifting, only once a week so far since I'm only at my work (and it's free gym) on Mondays. My friend said I might as well not lift at all since I'm not doing it 3 times a week. I get I'm not building a ton of muscle, if any at all, by only going once a week but it was really discouraging to hear that. I'm not in the habit of working out yet, so should I just stop lifting entirely if I'm not doing it 3x weekly?

Fyi…research shows porn and constant social scrolling lowers your dopamine regulation and happiness in real life and ability to enjoy real life connections as much.

Any fellow attorneys out here with any chronic conditions? I suffer from chronic migraines and that is under control, but have been suffering from chronic fatigue. It can be very depressing and lonely. Work makes it worse since some days I move slower and my brain is slower. Hoping I'm not the only one. Currently planted on the couch w fatigue.

So yesterday I woke up with an awful migraine; probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. What are the downsides to buying real estate vs continuing to rent?

I have rented my whole and am considering buying a condo. I understand there are additional costs like property taxes, HOA fees, etc. but it seems like I would be building equity that otherwise would be rent money that gets thrown away. It seems like a net gain even if the property value doesn’t appreciate.

Officially scared. I’m triple vaccinated (double Moderna, got booster about 2 months ago) and I’m in my third trimester and due in about 8 weeks.
