You owe ZERO loyalties to anyone, especially when it’s in regards to your personal/career growth.
I can relate, I got really attached to one of my teas but in the end you have to look after yourself and try to make the best decisions for your personal development because sometimes the team might go through difficulties and everyone will look for themselves. If they are good colleges they will understand that you want to make what’s best for your career.
In life you only regret the things that you don’t try. I would take that risk!
