Does anyone do trusts and estates at an AmLaw firm? I always thought that was more of a boutique practice area. Was contacted by a recruiter, and while I'm happy with almost everything about where I'm at, the way people discuss AmLaw salaries, I feel like I should consider it since it would probably be a significant jump in salary. So i had absconded from my previous company. Now after 2 year i have received an offer from a reputed mnc and they are gonna do a background verification. I do have the relieving letter. Will this effect my employment? Should i explain my situation at that time to them? Will they even ask?
