Anyone else feeling massive hypocrisy in google and Facebook convincing clients that money spent of TV IS WASTED...only to spend BILLIONS ON TV when they really need to get something across?

Received an offer from Deloitte consulting SC - comp just slightly higher than now. Did well with a FAANG and was told by HM that he is trying to get funding to hire me but it will take up to 8 weeks or sooner. Should I wait for FAANG or just go for D as SC? Currently manager at PWC - TC 180.

The employee have provided a letter of intent with PF and gratuity component included in the CTC .

Well I had to agree for a salary less that my mentioned expected salary as i was laid off 7 months back .

From COVID and making sure my team feels ‘ok’, to the elevation of BLM due to the long overlooked atrocities, my building my destroyed by riots and looters and then boarded up, LGBTQ focusing on the negative history instead of the pride that I so dearly love, Brands pulling out of FB (when hate is so clearly more pervasive than just on FB)...I don’t want anything swept under the rug - I am craving happiness

1 year, 3 months and 22 days later, I’m employed👌. Easiest year of my life.

Kind of want to leave advertising and go into real estate. That’s something I always wanted to do, but was afraid. I’m so sick of being confined to an office. I live for meetings so I can get up!
