I currently make $90k with a great wlb, support systems, and colleagues. Im also set to get promoted this January which will bring me to $108,000 (no bonuses). I got an offer from Slalom Consulting for $115,000 + 8% bonus and I don't know if I should take it. Any thoughts? Happy to provide more details in the comments

Stuck like me! Welcome to the partner track my friend.
Awareness is the first step and youve already completed that.
Consulting over glorifies moving around projects to get varied experience. While seeing different industries and projects is important, you still need to have a story coming out of these experiences. If you jumped around multiple industries but stuck to a specific function like M&A, ops etc, that's good for an exit to industry. Or you stuck to an industry and tried different functions. You have to decide for yourself if you want to be a functional or industry expert and stitch together project experience to truly be considered for an industry role.
