LLM (JD) in Tax Law / 8+YoE @ Deloitte / Currently working at a mega US Multinational/ Want to climb to upper management level (two/three levels below C-suite) in the coming 5 years.

MBA would perhaps be good for my personal experience but worry that i could spend my time better at performing at my job.

Let’s say you feel you are director level given YOE, but maybe given your work experience you only hit 75% of the profile…would they then consider you for sr. Manager or because you never applied to that role does the door close there?
