Hi all,
I just came to realise Deutsche Bank has a fixed rule of max 30 to 35 % hike on fixed component and remaining 10 to 15% variable i.e. total 50% max hike you can ask for no matter how good, skilled you are.
Is it true?
(I got to know this when an HR called me for a Frontend developer role)
I have recently got selected in tcs and I have 10.5 years of experience with 25 LPA. Now for salary negotiation hr is asking me to go with ur current pkg otherwise it will be dropped bcoz it's already very high pkg for them. What should I do if I have an offer of 29 LPA from other company? Tata Consultancy@
M1 Salary base for Dallas, TX?

Essentially an A3 three years ago is getting paid the same as an A3 this year (I know, some cohorts got a bump this year, others didn’t). If I got paid $X three years ago and someone else gets paid the same $X this year, where is the COL increase for that specific position? I have always heard and looked at the pay increase every year as a way to compensate your skills and experience. Maybe I’m looking at it incorrectly.
What are typical raises at other big4 year over year?
100% get that P1. My point is that in my experience, in an average 3 year period, companies pay similar for the same role. Specifically, to use your example, I don’t think in an average 3 year period Deloitte, EY or KPMG is paying more for someone in their 3rd year as an associate as they did 3 years prior.
