Anyone else get anxiety from not being able to anticipate every possible request/change in your production? I have a change order that I did not anticipate b/c of a creative request after the award.

After negotiating, and CTC fixing hr said there will be 10% deduction as a retention part that will be credit after 1 yr, and then there reduction it's for only one year deduction. Is it red flag?

I had decided CTC by calculating all exoenses I have to ber moving to different city. Now I'll be short of some sum in my calculations.

The CTC excluding 10% deduction, is only 1.5 lac above than the offer I have for hybrid model and less expensive city. Shall I accept ,it or ask for more ?

I’ve had a really tense, emotionally exhausting week. Things wrapped up yesterday and now my body feels so strung out and exhausted. Any tips for coming down from being so strung out without relying on toxic habits and just shutting down/procrastinating?
