Pretty common, according to the CDC about 16% of people had some form of lymph node swelling in the armpit after Moderna #2. It should just be your body's normal reaction to the vaccine.

When I called to schedule mammogram they asked if I had been vaccinated. They told me they wait to schedule mammograms six weeks after last shot because the vaccine is known to cause swollen lymph nodes and it was causing issues with reading mammograms and showing false positives:
Yeah. Swollen lymph nodes under my shot arm. Painful for like three days then it went away.

Went away after a couple of days. Still stuck on 3G

My sister had swollen lymph nodes a few days later
Only had moderna #1 so far but only the lymph nodes on the right side of my neck were achy for a few days

Yes. Collarbone swelling with both shots. Eventually went away.

Yeah my armpit is super swollen
I still have a lump in my breast (never happened before) 4 months after my second Pfizer shot. Biopsy reveals some weird super rare autoimmune inflammatory benign breast disease. Weird tho. Same side I got the shots. It popped up ~3 months after the shot.

My wife did for Pfizer
I did after shot #1, maybe 5 days after. Arm and armpit pain lasted a total of 11 days but it was worth it
