I’ve been waiting for two weeks to hear back from a company that wanted to reschedule my final interview with the founders due to a business trip. I had a great experience in the previous interviews, but this doesn't give me good vibes.
I agree; if they decide to hire someone else or cancel the opening, I understand but don't ghost me after telling me you want to introduce me to your parents.
We're not supposed to burn bridges, but companies always do it by not having good communication practices.
And then wonder why they can’t retain employees or hire anyone
