hi! just got promoted to senior & think it’s finally time to leave. not because i finally got the senior title, but because public accounting is making my life miserable. Ok. I am teaching music in person and when we have a case of COVID in the school, I push into the classroom for 10 days. Are there music websites that are free that I can go to for quick lessons when I’m asked to teach in the classroom. I was told today with 5 minutes to prepare that we had a case, I couldn’t teach in my room and I couldn’t do the ukulele unit I had planned. I had to think on the fly and quickly came up with a BrainPop for them. I’d like to find a few more music sites.

This is more about staying mentally healthy but for those who work at places with unlimited pto, how much do you take? I used to get 20 days per year but would obviously accrue days back with each paycheck so I’d take a bit more than that. Just tested positive for COVID and I was supposed to start a medicated FET cycle tomorrow (would have begun taking estrogen pills tomorrow and target transfer date was July 28). Advertising isn’t the only field that experiences this type of situation. Most people learn differently from others, still others like myself with ADHD and my grandson on the autism spectrum, we definitely see things and learn things in a different way. We all get to the same place we just take a different route. People need to keep that in mind before placing others on PIPS. Keep the journey in mind and allow the person the luxury of listening, you might learn something.
